1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "cbh4d", "we", "us", "our" — refers to cbh4d.cam and its operators, a licensed online betting platform serving Indonesian players.
• "Platform", "Website", "Service" — refers to the cbh4d website accessible at https://cbh4d.cam and all associated mobile interfaces.
• "User", "you", "your", "Member", "Player" — refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the cbh4d platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal betting account created by a User on the cbh4d platform.
• "Bet", "Wager" — refers to any stake placed by a User on a game, sport, or event offered on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the cbh4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

cbh4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. 3. Eligibility

To use the cbh4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cbh4d strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and use. cbh4d does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia. If you are unable to form legally binding contracts, you must not use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one account on cbh4d. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false or misleading information will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees of cbh4d, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to open accounts or place bets on the Platform.

4. Account Registration

To place bets on cbh4d, you must first register a personal account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify cbh4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

cbh4d reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to pass KYC verification, or association with previously banned accounts.

4.1 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards, cbh4d requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit the following documents:

• Identity Proof: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport. The document must show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Address Proof: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address (dated within the last 3 months).
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or photo of your bank account details, e-wallet account, or payment card (with sensitive information masked as instructed).

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is successfully completed. cbh4d will handle all submitted documents in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

cbh4d supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members upon request).
• Deposits are credited to your cbh4d account instantly or within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
• cbh4d does not charge transaction fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per day for standard members; VIP members may request higher limits.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Off-peak requests may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during KYC. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• cbh4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any bonus funds or free bets must meet wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cbh4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance your betting experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users who meet the stated criteria (e.g., new members, first deposit, VIP tier).
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (also known as "rollover" or "turnover"), which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit) must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and typically range from 5× to 30× the bonus amount. The exact requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses expire after a specified validity period (usually 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim). Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited after expiry.
• cbh4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated bets, and forfeit winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting with other Users, or exploiting software errors.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings derived from bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) are withdrawable.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus up to Rp 1.000.000 on their first deposit. To claim:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000
• Wagering requirement: 30× (bonus + deposit)
• Validity: 30 days from claim date
• Eligible games: All slots, live casino, and sports betting markets

6.3 Weekly Cashback

All active members receive up to 1.2% cashback on net losses each week. Cashback is calculated Monday–Sunday and credited to your account every Monday at 12:00 WIB. Minimum cashback payout: Rp 10.000. Wagering requirement: 1× turnover.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cbh4d platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Minimum bet: Varies by game and market; typically Rp 200 to Rp 5.000 for slots, Rp 10.000 for sports betting.
• Maximum bet: Varies by game and market; cbh4d reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts for individual Users or events.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed by the User.
• cbh4d reserves the right to void bets if: (a) a technical error occurs, (b) incorrect odds are displayed due to system malfunction, (c) the event is canceled or postponed beyond the scheduled date, or (d) the bet is placed using fraudulent means.
• All sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). cbh4d's decision on bet settlement is final.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

For football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports:

• Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football, excluding extra time and penalties) unless otherwise stated.
• If a match is postponed or canceled, all bets will be void and stakes refunded, unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• Accumulator bets (parlays, mix parlay) require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any leg is void, that selection is treated as void and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
• Live betting (in-play) markets may have different rules and settlement criteria. cbh4d reserves the right to suspend live markets during significant in-game events.

7.2 Casino and Slot Rules

For live casino, slot gacor, and table games:

• All games operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms or live dealer protocols audited by independent testing laboratories.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual session results may vary significantly.

7.3 Togel Rules

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery):

• Results are published on the cbh4d platform immediately after the official draw and are considered final.
• In the rare event of a draw cancellation or official result amendment by the lottery operator, cbh4d will void affected bets and refund stakes.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts to receive alerts and mandatory breaks after a set duration of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 180 days (or permanently).

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbh4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information to evade limits or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate outcomes, engage in arbitrage betting, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or scrape data from the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the cbh4d system.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal sources, or using cbh4d for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or customer support services in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cbh4d staff or other Users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cbh4d and its operators, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to betting losses (gambling involves inherent risk and there is no guarantee of winning).
• Technical errors, system downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Loss of data, account access issues, or unauthorized access caused by User negligence (e.g., sharing passwords).
• Errors in odds display, result settlement, or game malfunction (cbh4d will void affected bets and refund stakes in such cases).
• Third-party payment processor failures or delays beyond cbh4d's control.

cbh4d's maximum liability to any User, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the cbh4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of cbh4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of cbh4d.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cbh4d holds its operating license. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and cbh4d.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration or legal action in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in our license. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
